Acceptance of order
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery.
Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.
You may of course return any items purchased from us within 7 days, but please contact us before returning items to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Product Guarantee
All items purchased from Chartwell Learning & Development Ltd are covered by a 6 months guarantee.
We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.
If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights
