Models for Management is the Teleometrics management development awareness programme. Through a series of linked, instrumented modules, managers and others examine the attitudes and personal theories that drive their actions.
Participants leave with a comprehensive plan for improving their
interpersonal effectiveness in all areas.
Models for Management is usually run over three days, in-house, for groups of 8 to 16. It can be led by us, or a clients' own trainers.
