NASA Moon Survival Task

The NASA Moon Survival Task, was developed by Teleometrics International in conjunction with the Manned Spacecraft Centre of NASA in Houston.

It is not just an enjoyable premise for the observation of a group at work, but a powerful exercise with measurable objectives and results and, particularly if followed by the TES, personal enlightenment for everyone involved.

In discussions, sometimes the quietest, most reserved individual has most of value to offer - if he or she is encouraged to speak up. Too often, it is the confident but less well-informed participant who dominates, and leads the group into inferior decisions.

The way in which the team has used its resources is shown as a plus or minus creativity score.
